Postgraduate Research Induction Information

It is vital that you come along to your induction events as you will be introduced to the Postgraduate Conveners for your subject area, information about training and being part of postgraduate life here in the School.

There are two events: one is the School induction for research students followed by subject area inductions.

Please click on your subject area below for more information.

Postgraduate Research - Induction Information

Our Postgraduate Research induction for Mphil, MTh (Research), MFA/DFA, and PhD students.

The School of Critical Studies PGR induction will take place in two formats: a presentation available to access any time and a live Welcome and Q&A session.

The presentation will be available to you on the School of Critical Studies Resources Moodle and will contain key information on the structure of the PGR programme; what is expected of you as a PGR student at the University of Glasgow; and what you in turn can expect from the University.

The Welcome and Q&A session will take place on TBA
